HOW TO BECOME AN AFFILIATE
There are two simple ways to become an Affiliate with Vital Health:

REWARDS ELIGIBILITY
Both Affiliates and Customers can earn rewards!
Preferred Customers can earn exclusive rewards through our customer loyalty program, giving them even more benefits for enjoying our products.
Additionally, to qualify for Affiliate Rewards, you must be an Active Affiliate. You can achieve Active Status in one of two ways:
* Personal Purchase - Maintain a minimum of 50 PV in personal product purchases.
* Customer Sales - Accumulate at least 50 PV in purchases made by retail customers through your personalized online store.
* By focusing on sharing and customer satisfaction, Vital Health ensures that both customers and affiliates are rewarded for their participation.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Commissions are paid out on both a weekly and monthly basis:
Weekly Commissions
* Earned from Tuesday to Monday each week.
* Reflected in your Virtual Office the following Tuesday.
* Paid out on Friday of that same week.
Monthly Commissions
* Earned throughout the calendar month.
* Reflected in your Virtual Office on the 10th of the following month.
* Paid out on the first friday after the 15th of the month.

* GV GROUP VOLUME (Included in all bundle packs or individual products)

LOYALTY BONUS - (Paid Monthly)
Consistency comes with extra benefits!
Every month that you maintain Active Status with your customer purchases, you earn Loyalty Credits that can be used toward future product purchases.
Here's how it works:
* Stay Active each month with 50PV.
* Earn loyalty credits based on your monthly PV and current month.
* Accumulate and redeem credits anytime you choose!
For example:
In your second consecutive month, if you purchase 100 PV, you earn 10% back in credits -equivalent to $10 USD toward future product purchases.
These credits continue to grow as long as you remain active.
REQUIREMENTS:
Be active purchasing a minimum of 50 PV. Failing to make a purchase for a month will result in the bonus continuity being lost and reset. The amount to be used for orders with wallet will be 80% of the order value, paying the remaining 20% with any payment method.
INFLUENCER BONUS - (Paid immediately at 200PV accumulation)
Unlock the ability to sell $400 USD (Retail price) or purchase $200 USD (Wholesale price)
but you will only pay $40 USD for those products giving you the ability to generate up to 900% profit on that additional inventory.
Additional Details:
* No limit on how many times you can earn this bonus--if you generate 400 PV in sales,
you can claim it twice, and so on.
* The bonus must be redeemed within the same calendar month it is earned,
or it will be forfeited.
Note:
There is a 5% administrative fee on the earnings. The qualifying 200 PV are commissionable on the unilivel payout but the influencer bonus price is not.
BUSINESS ACTIVATION THROUGH RETAIL CUSTOMERS
We prioritize customer sales and reward affiliates who focus on growing their business through retail purchases.
How It Works:
* When retail customers purchase through your virtual store, the PV from their orders counts toward your activation.
* If your customers generate at least 50 PV in a calendar month, your business is activated--even if you haven't made a personal purchase.
* Once activated, you unlock all rewards and can earn commissions from your team and customer sales.
Keep in mind:
You must have an active annual membership.
RETAIL SALE BONUS - (Paid weekly)
EARN UP TO 100% PROFIT ON PRODUCT SALES
The foundation of a successful business is creating a consistent income through retail product sales. This bonus rewards affiliates and preferred customers for sharing Vital Health products with others in 2 differe different ways:
1) Purchase and Resell the Product:
HOW IT WORKS:
* As a Preferred Customer, you receive discounted pricing, allowing you to sell products at retail price and earn between 50% and 100% profit, depending on the product cost.
* Example: If you purchase V-TE Detox for $8.50 USD, you can sell it for $17.00 USD, generating a 100% profit.
2) E-Commerce Sales through your Virtual Store, which generate the same amount of profit.
* Retail earnings are paid weekly, providing fast and consistent payouts.
Processing Fee & Payout Details:
NOTE: A 5% processing fee is applied to the profit generated. Example: If you earn $100.00 USD in profit, a $5.00 USD fee will be deducted, and you will receive $95.00 USD.

FIRST ORDER BONUS - (Paid weekly)
When you register a new preferred customer, you will earn 45% of the Binary Volume (BV)
of their starter packs.
How It Works:
* This bonus applies only to Welcome Pack purchases (typically the customer's first order).
* You earn 45% of the Binary Volume (BV) of the Welcome Pack, regardless of which type they choose.
* Paid weekly, allowing you to generate consistent earnings as you introduce new customers to VitalHealth.
This bonus rewards you for helping new customers get started with the best value packs, reinforcing a business model focused on customer acquisition and product sales.
PRESENTER BONUS - (Paid weekly)
At Vital Health, we reward both the sponsor and the presenter who help introduce new customers and affiliates to the business.
HOW IT WORKS:
* When a new Preferred customer registers, the system asks if someone assisted with the presentation.
* The First Order Bonus is 45% of the Binary Volume (BV) of the Welcome Pack purchased by the new affiliate.
* This 45% bonus is then distributed as follows:
30% to the Sponsor (the person who enrolled the new affiliate).
15% to the Presenter (the person who conducted the presentation)
Additional Details:
If no presenter is listed, the full 45% bonus goes to the sponsor. This structure ensures that both sponsors and presenters are fairly rewarded for their role in business growth while reinforcing team collaboration and customer-focused expansi

BINARY BONUS - (Paid Weekly)
The Binary Bonus rewards you for building a balanced team and generating sales through Preferred Customers and Affiliates. This system allows for strategic placement and spillover benefits, maximizing earning potential for everyone in the organization..
How It Works:
* Every time a Preferred Customer or Affiliate purchases a Welcome Pack,
the Binary Volume (BV) from their order is added to your binary structure.
* You must manually assign each new customer or affiliate to either your left or right leg.
The system places them at the next available position at the bottom of the selected leg.
* You can place enrollments under someone else's organization, helping your team grow.
* The spillover volume from your upline also counts toward your Binary Bonus earnings, creating synergy within your team.
EARN UP TO 20% OF THE SMALLER LEG
Earning & Payout Structure:
The Binary Bonus is paid weekly based on the accumulated BV in the weaker leg. You earn 10% to 20% of the BV in your smaller (weaker) leg. Once paid, the BV used for commissions is deducted from both legs. Any unmatched volume from the stronger leg rolls over to the next week, allowing for continued growth.
Be binary active
A minimum of 50 BV is required to qualify for Binary Bonus earnings.
This dynamic structure rewards teamwork and product sales, ensuring that both new and existing members benefit from strategic placement and volume accumulation.
HOW IT'S CALCULATED
The Binary Bonus rewards you for growing your business through customer sales and team volume.
Here's how it works:
Example Calculation:
In one week, you accumulate:
* 10000 BV on your left leg
* 7000 BV on your right leg
The Binary Bonus is calculated based on the weaker leg, so the system will use
7000 BV (right leg) to determine your payout.

Your commission percentage is based on your achieved rank (which is earned through sales and team growth).
Earnings Example (Gold Rank Qualification):
If you qualify for the Gold Rank, your Binary Bonus rate is 13%.
Bonus Calculation: 13% of 7000 BV = $910 USD paid that week. Since only 7000 BV was used, the remaining 3000 BV on your left leg rolls over to be used in future weeks.
Accumulation Advantage:
* Unused BV accumulates as long as you remain Active (50 PV per month) through personal or customer sales.
* You can accumulate up to 500,000 BV on one side, allowing you to maximize future earnings.
* Pays up to $25,000 USD a week.
Requirements:
* Be active: You must have a minimun of 50 PV within
30 days of your previous order.

Binary active: You must also have two personall enrollerd affiliates with a minimum of 50 PV within the last 30 days of their previous order: One of them on your left leg and one of them on your right leg.
MATCHING BONUS - (Paid Weekly)
EARN 50% OF YOUR DIRECT AFFILIATES' BINARY EARNINGS
The Matching Bonus rewards you for mentoring and supporting your personally referred affiliates. Once you qualify silver or above, you earn 50% of the Binary Commissions generated by each of your directly enrolled affiliates (Level 1).
How It Works:
* When a personally referred affiliate earns a Binary Bonus, you receive 50% of their binary earnings.
*This bonus is uncapped, meaning you can earn from an unlimited number of direct referrals.
* The Matching Bonus is paid weekly, based on total Binary Commissions earned by your Level 1 affiliates.
Qualification Requirements:
* Be Active with 100 PV per month, which can come from personal purchases, customer sales, or a combination of both.
* Achieve Silver Rank or higher whithin the week that commissions are generated.
CAR BONUS - (Paid Weekly)
We reward you for building a strong business with one of the fastest and simplest car bonuses in the industry. You choose the car you want, and we help cover the cost!
How to Qualify:
* Generate 3,000 BV in both legs of your binary structure within a single calendar month.
* Own a car that is no more than 5 years old, registered in your name.
* Earn a fixed $300 USD monthly toward your car payment.
Alternative Rewards:
If you don't have a qualifying car, you can instead choose:
* $500 USD in product credit OR
* $150 USD in cash
Important Details:
The 3,000 BV must be achieved within the same calendar month--unused volume does not carry over.
This bonus is paid monthly, as long as you meet the qualification requirements each month.

How It Works:
* When you qualify for Gold Rank, you become eligible for a $500 USD monthly car bonus.
* This bonus is designed to help cover your monthly car payment.
* If you do not meet the car requirement or choose not to use the car bonus,
you can select one of the following alternative rewards:
$830 USD in product credit OR $250 USD in cash.
NOTE:
This bonus is paid monthly with no waiting period--you earn it as soon as you qualify.
UNILEVEL BONUS - (Paid Monthly)
The Unilevel Bonus is one of the most powerful ways to build long-term residual income through customer purchases and team sales. This structure allows you to earn up to three fixed levels and, as you continue to rank up, you unlock infinity and generational bonuses, extending your earnings to unlimited depth.
How It Works:
* Starting from the second purchase of a Preferred Customer or Affiliate, CV (Commissionable Volume) is generated and paid through the Unilevel Bonus.
* If a customer or affiliate purchases individual products (not a Welcome Pack) as their first order, that purchase does get paid on the Unilevel Bonus.
* The first four levels pay a fixed percentage, and beyond the fourth level to infinity, earnings are based on a differential bonus structure.
Earnings Structure
- Fixed Levels (1st to 4th Levels)
1st Level: Earn 10% of CV from all personally referred Active Preferred Customers and Affiliates.
2nd Level: Earn 10% of CV when you have at least two Active direct referrals.
3rd Level: Earn 20% of CV when you achieve Bronze Rank (three Active direct referrals and 1,000 GV).
4th Level: Earn up to 14%, according to your rank. Beyond the 4th Level - Get paid to Infinity levels.

INFINITY BONUS (AKA DIFFERENTIAL BONUS)
How the Differential Bonus Works
If you are Triple Diamond, you earn 12% on every person in your organization from the 4th level down to infinity.
However, if someone in your downline qualifies at Gold Rank (4%), you would earn the difference between your 12% and their 4%, meaning you earn 8% from that point down.
This structure ensures that leaders at all levels continue to earn, while also incentivizing rank advancement.
Generational Bonus - (Paid Monthly)
Unlocking Additional Income
When someone in your downline reaches your same rank, a Generation Bonus is triggered.
* Example: If you are Triple Diamond and someone below you also achieves Triple Diamond, you no longer earn a differential bonus below them. Instead, this starts a new generation, and you earn a separate Generational Bonus from that leader down to infinity, until another Triple Diamond appears.
* Each new person who reaches your rank creates a new generation.
* Vital Health pays up to 2 generations of leadership ranks.
Key Compensation Rules
Unilevel Structure Pays 57% of CV
* The first three levels have a fixed 40% payout percentage.
* The 4th level to infinity pays 14% on a differential basis.
* An additional 3% is allocated to Generational Bonuses.
Example Scenarios for Rank Qualification:
Scenario 1 - Using Two Strong Legs (60/40 Rule)
Imagine you need 10,000 GV to qualify for a certain rank:
One strong personal affiliate contributes 6,000 GV (60%)
A second personal affiliate contributes 4,000 GV (40%)
* You qualify because the first leg does not exceed 60%, and the second leg
meets the 40% requirement.
Scenario 2 - More Balanced Team (Multiple Contributors)
If you need 10,000 GV, you could have:
Four personally enrolled affiliates contributing 25% each (2,500 GV each)
* You qualify because no single affiliate exceeds 60% of the total volume,
and the structure is well-balanced.
Scenario 3 - Evenly Distributed Team (10 Contributors)
You could also qualify by having:
10 different personally enrolled affiliates, each contributing 10% (1,000 GV each)
* This qualifies because volume is well-diversified, ensuring sustainable growth.
Why This Rule Matters:
* Prevents rank inflation by ensuring rank is not dependent on a single strong leader.
* Encourages leadership development--leaders must help multiple team members grow, rather than relying on one big producer.

RANK ADVANCEMENT - (Paid Monthly)
At Vital Health, rank advancement reflects individual leadership and business growth. Our rank system is volume-based, meaning that affiliates qualify for ranks solely through sales volume, without requiring a specific structure or downline ranks. This ensures simplicity and flexibility, allowing you to focus on customer sales and team development without rigid rank conditions.
How Rank Advancement Works
* Ranks are determined by sales volume, not by the ranks of your team members.
* To advance, you must have Active Enrolled Affiliates (AEA) and meet the required volume across at least two lines in your organization.
* The system calculates your Qualification Volume (QV) at the end of each calendar month based on the total new volume generated during that month.
* QV is generated from all purchases, including:
Welcome Packs
Individual product purchases
Volume Distribution & 70/30 or 60/40 Rule
The system calculates the total volume generated under each of your personally enrolled affiliates in your unilevel genealogy.
The leg with the highest volume (stronger leg) is capped at 60% or 70% of the required QV, depending on the rank.
The remaining volume must come from at least one additional leg, ensuring a balanced organization.
